Training Coordinator Updates
This past year, Central Training supported a high volume of MTM/MTE development across all departments throughout the mill. In Crane Training alone, 175 members were trained, while approximately 285 members completed Mobile Equipment training. In Weld Training we continued to show strong results, with over 22,000 hours of weld training completed in 2025. In addition, we successfully caught up on required 70E training, qualifying over 240 MTEs. These numbers continue to gro
